What is the BaptistBoutique?
It is an online marketplace where you can buy Wolfson branded items and have them shipped to your home. The BaptistBoutique is accessible at BaptistBoutique.com.
When can I shop at the BaptistBoutique?
The store is available seven days a week, 24 hours per day.
Who do I call if I have a question about my order?
Customer Support is available from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. The phone number is (904) 727-7724. The phone number is also on the BaptistBoutique website. You can also contact the service center via email at customerservice@horizonpromotional.com.
When will my item be shipped?
If the order is received before noon, the order will be shipped the same day. If after noon, it will ship the next day.
What are the shipping options?
Orders are shipped via UPS. The best choice for Florida residents is UPS Ground. “Will Call” is also a convenient option for Jacksonville residents. You will be informed of when the order will be ready for pick up. Pick up hours are 9am – 4:30pm M-F. The address is Horizon Promotional Products, 9612 Sunbeam Center Dr., Jacksonville, FL 32257. A small handling charge will be added, but there is no UPS expense.
Will I get an email confirmation that my order has been processed?
Yes.
Can I pay for my purchase through payroll deduction?
No, you must use a MasterCard, Visa, or AMEX
Can non-employees purchase from the BaptistBoutique?
Yes.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Here’s how: Send email to customerservice@horizonpromotional.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. Customer is responsible for freight to return item and ship replacement item if the item is undamaged. If the item is damaged, a replacement will be sent at no charge, but the item must be returned. Items must be returned within 7 days of the order.
Is this feature only accessible from a Baptist computer?
No. You can use any computer. In fact, you can use any internet-enabled device (personal computer, tablet or cell phone) anywhere you have internet accessibility. The screens may look different, depending on the device you are using. Here’s an example. On your phone you might see these three black lines, rather than ‘Show All” and “Apparel.” Just click on the black bars.
Can the BaptistBoutique process Department Orders or Group Sales?
Yes. If the order is being placed for a department, select “Department Purchase” for the payment method. An invoice will be sent instead of requiring a credit card. Please enter the department number and cost center in the comments section. All department purchases will go through a pre-approval process to verify that the Director has authorized the purchase.
What happens if the boutique does not have adequate inventory to handle the entire Department order?
You will be contacted by email if there is not enough of an item so that you can either cancel or select another item.
Can I order online and pay in the office?
No, all orders must be accompanied by a payment method.
